Job Description

You are the first chapter of a transformation story. You will be the initial point of contact for e-commerce and retail leaders who are still running their supply chains on gut feeling and spreadsheets. Your job is to make them curious about what an AI-powered future looks like.
You will work at the front line of our commercial engine, combining smart outreach, data-driven targeting, and AI-assisted prospecting to fill the pipeline with high-quality opportunities for our Account Executive team.

This is what you'll be doing

The AI-Powered Prospector
  • Intelligent Outreach: Go beyond cold calling — use AI tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data signals to identify and prioritise prospects who are most likely to benefit from supply chain automation.
  • Pipeline Generation: Build and execute targeted, personalised multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that speak to the real pain points of buyers, planners, and CFOs.
  • A/B Testing & Iteration: Treat every outreach campaign as an experiment. Test messaging, timing, and channels — then use the data to sharpen your approach.
The Qualifier
  • Qualifying Inbound Leads: Ensure every prospect entering the pipeline is a genuine fit — right industry, right pain, right moment.
  • Discovery Conversations: Go beyond surface-level qualification. Uncover the operational and financial impact of their current supply chain challenges to set our AEs up for high-value conversations.
The Intelligence Engine
  • Market & Competitor Research: Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor moves, and new market opportunities — and feed those insights back into our commercial strategy.
  • CRM Discipline: Keep our systems clean, accurate, and actionable. Data integrity is not a chore — it’s how we scale.
  • Relationship Building: Plant seeds for long-term relationships, even with prospects who aren’t ready today. The best pipeline is the one built on trust.

This is who we’re looking for

The Hunter Mindset
  • You thrive on making the first connection and turning a “not interested” into a “tell me more.”
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or outreach role, preferably in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
  • A natural communicator with a talent for engaging prospects across channels and adapting your style to the audience.
The AI & Data Mindset
  • You are comfortable using AI tools to enhance your prospecting — whether that’s writing sharper messages, scoring leads, or automating repetitive tasks.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented: you look at outreach data and see opportunities to improve, not just numbers on a dashboard.
  • Self-motivated and creative — you don’t wait for a perfect playbook; you help write it.
